Instructions to fix the error: As a security precaution, the user account has been locked out because there were too many logon attempts or password change attempts. Wait a while before trying again, or contact your system administrator or technical support, when remoting into a server.

How to Fix

1. Access your VPS/server via VNC or KVM.

Go to Start > Run, then type in gpedit.msc.

2. Go to  Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Account Policies > Account Lockout Policy

3. Double click vào Account Lockout threshold

Set the value for invalid logon attempts to 0.
